it’s funny watching an unreliable narrator be humble about their actions. his intentions are to have smooth work and fix any damage, but doing so means enforcing justice to the corruption happening! i think the words “corporate slave” really messed with his self-perception. he’s constantly doing all these kind and thoughtful things without any severance, but the only person who truly sees it is ml
