Damn although this doesn't excuse his actions, you could understand why oldest brother is the way that he is. He was just a child!! Unlike Minjae who prob had a normal childhood with loving normal parents before he was adopted, oldest was living in that reality since day 1. He most likely did not have any outside influence he could "trust" more than his father, and so his brain didn't allow him to process this crime on him and act to break free.
