I see the cover, which looks like a cutesy romance, and when I open it I'm faced with clearly sexual stuff. That's why I said I had to read tags. I didn't know it was smut till I opened it because the cover looks deceptively normal.

And the reason why a person would normally assume I mean the cover is because the art is the only part that is normal. Once you open the first chapter IMMEDIATELY you get flashed by a girl with her intimates up in the air getting spanked while moaning OBVIOUSLY that is sexual in nature so no normal person would have continued reading that only to realize it was smut once they got to see her boobs in a soaked t shirt.

If the smut only started in chapter two I'd get that you men's but it started quite literally the moment you opened the story, so..
