Pete is taller in KML than Cecil and it was never mentioned in the novel or manhwa adaption of KLM that he had twins. Cecil is I think ~3-4 years younger than Pete (depending how old Pete is in the novel, I guess he is around 2/+). Cecil is also younger than Spence, because the story takes place around the same time as KML and Yeonwoo is already pregnant then. and....
