What?!?! That is it?!? But I have so many questions!!! When did the dad start murdering people?? Did Jin end up visiting his mom?? and how’s his trauma?? is he okay in a sense or is he gonna end up like his dad?? What happens after juvie??
I did extremely enjoy the story. It’s really good. It’s kind of hard to follow but also really easy to follow. It seems like they explain things but never 100% so it leaves me questioning about what I read.
The beginning was so good I thought Jin was the one killing people and it turned out it was his dad!!! After that, I think it was kind of tame and slow. I expected the dad to scare his son more but essentially he ‘loved’ him I guess so he let his son wonder around.
I was surprised someone as dark as Jin’s father let his son have friends and a girlfriend (who he liked!!!) and allowing that was his downfall. It’s a little weird, especially since he was cruel and ruthless enough to kill people using his baby!! But this goes back to his downfall being because he ‘loved’ his son?? Because he allowed his son to have friends and a girlfriend, but he also taught his son how to kill from a very young age as if it was bonding!?!?
I feel so bad for Jin and I need more chapters!! I need more things explained especially how he goes ahead and deals with his trauma, especially since he has guilt and thinks that he enjoyed murdering at one point!! I know forgiving his dad probably helps with healing but fuck that truly
Manny was a weird character that I didn’t think I was gonna enjoy so much, but I did. I’m so sad he passed away and I feel for his sister deeply.
Now Kyun yoon, she is extremely unlucky. How did she get two serial killers after her, loan sharks and has to live with her grandpa with dementia because her parents passed but she kinda took me out of the story because she was extremely unrealistic!!! She does not fit in there is no way that she can be that happy when her life is that sad but I’ll let that slide because sometimes it happens. What I don’t get is her life gets worse because of Jin and his dad and she’s just understanding not angry or scared for a second just process and keeps going even to the point that when Jin goes to jail she still loves him and is his girlfriend, she’s just waiting for him to get out I was so sure her naivety was gonna get her killed not Manny I feel for Jin but never in my life could I tolerate that!!!!
