This was like my fav manhwa, and I was totally expecting that Yayul is the ML , but then I get the spoiler that he's not and I fell like a switch going off in my brain,I will never see the manhwa the same way anymore,its so sad.But atleast,I'm happy that she's gonna get perfect in-laws,someone you could call a real wholesome family,just what every girl deserves,

If you see the detailing,she is more leaned towards Yayul, when they were lined up for dumplings,she chose to return for Yayul and its not coz of shit like letting the fl and ml be togather,she was genuinely concerned for Yayul,so she kept looking back, and here,she refused to go see the peach blossoms with the ml which she wanted to,coz she wanted to spend more time with Yayul, and its not like shes so practive towards the namgung young master,she's not,
Ya I felt that. Yayul always seemed like her top priority and ML feels like a younger friend/brother which makes it feel worse. I did read spoilers below as to why Yayul lost his ML rights (wont say obv) but I just feel like its a cop out bc author wanted to force Namgung as the ML :/ i was getting ML vibes from Yayul's literal first appearance even tho he killed her LOL but ig this will be slow burn/onesided on Namgung's part for a while and it will probably tell us all ab how he liked her since her past life but she always avoided him etc smh
Go on pout about it and act like a brat who doesn't got a candy, i don't see why ya'll are already focus on who's ML or not and not the story. Dang the story seems like more into it yet they are still kids and you guys are already nagging about why yayul is not the ML, why not make your own story and make yayul the ml.

What i don't really get if you are reading manhwas for years now, as you should. You should know that her attitude towards them are friendly, she is friendly toward namgung and she is also friendly towards yayul, why put alot of reason towards her attitude towards them? She's also like that towards the red head girl.

Its coz of the efforts Yayul is putting for her, from her almost dying in the landslide to being the disciple just for protecting her,his chemistry with her holds much more significance atleast on Yayul's part. His mother nad father r both prominent and important figures yet he ended up in that rut,he must have a tragic back story, if he hd been the ml,he would have got a proper happy ending. And from what I saw,for him she is his happy ending.
Because we know eventually one of them won't be friendly anymore and become romantic from reading all these years and we have a preference? Lmao. If anything reading these stories for a long time makes you recognize these tropes better and FL's friendliness is definitely not distributed equally. I'm still reading bc her and her dad are cute and thats the main draw of the story but its fair to be disappointed. Literally showing up just to be annoying when people are discussing their preferences is crazy

I’m sorry is my opinion ruining the story for you? Then you know what…DONT READ IT. I can enjoy this story however I want. And if my enjoying it is being upset that the character I want to be ML is not in the original novel I GET TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. If I want to be forever sad for yayul I get to be! what makes a story interesting is different for everyone. While reading a story,every element matters, the villain,the ml,the fl,the settings,the side characters,the relationships, even if one component goes wrongmthe whole story becomes a mess.So our complains are totally legit
Look I get some people probably don’t care and just will enjoy the story as is…but I’ve been reading too long the proper male lead would have been Yayul especially with how she has treated him and in concerns of him getting a happy ending. I guess the webtoon could make changes. But at this point I think I’ll just have to feel for Yayul. totally respect anyone who doesn’t feel the same but with you in agreement that our complaints are valid especially since this is how we are enjoying the story. Having a complaint doesn’t mean I can’t still enjoy the story.
Yeah,man,like,if you think for a bit,the screen time Yayul gets compared to Namgung,the difference is insane. And then you get to know that he is the 2nd ml which is crazy,but,yk its ok,since compared to her real family,her in-laws really love her and will accept her wholeheartedly. Getting in-laws like that is a blessing. I hope I get in-laws like them

I will never not feel cheated that the OG ML is the ML of this life too. Like, I love him, he’s cute, but he coulda just been her brother he could still be with our red headed lady. Justice for Yayul! He deserves to be her ML! I’m so sad! You can’t give us his unique art and not have him be our ML. Cheated I say! Cheated! And Yayul is just more adorable, hands down he deserves love. And I’m just going to forever pout about it.
