You can find it on NovelUpdates (you need to make an account to see the links), it's up to 103 but ch50 of the manhwa happens in ch96-97 of the novel. I also read ahead quite a bit with MTL on Booktoki467(.)com, just search the Korean name.

MC's brother never appeared in the original timeline and I haven't read far enough ahead to know whether he appears in this timeline. He definitely has memories of his brother from the lab though, which would be from before MC travelled back in time. But idk.

To everyone confused, they will probably explain in the next chapter... But as a novel reader, here's the explanation: MC's real name is Ilrock, but he started using his brother's name (Hee Jae) after he got adopted in the first timeline because he hoped his brother would hear it and come find him.
