I’m not concerned because I can separate fiction and reality perfectly fine. My morals and beliefs don’t transfer into fiction and neither do they transfer into reality. It’s like getting used to watching horror movies and or gory/violent action movies. It’s like comparing explicit stuff from Final Destination to Megan. What I’ve seen worse won’t surprise me if I see lesser stuff. I also react to violence or asshole characters, I didn’t say I’m immune to them lmfao. I just have a higher tolerance to what I can take, but some things can tick me off oddly more than others. This is actually a more normal mindset than you realize, which is the movie examples I listed lol. Many ppl can build tolerance and aren’t as surprised if they’ve seen worse.
What you may be confused about/assuming is thinking I’m justifying or assuming he’s a total green flag. I never said that. My MAIN POINT was that I think it’s funny how THIS particular stuff is insane to some others and I’m just curious as to how they would take the other stories I’ve listed. That is all. I’m simply comparing red flags to red flags. There was no justification or defending going on here, nor was there any comment for anyone to debate about.

But in chase defense he doesn't know joshua , and judging by his name "mad dog" he's just living up to it. Plus he's a celebrity with a bad personality.

I didn’t mean to come across that way, I genuinely thought it was funny and just thought people were more innocent with their mindsets still after possibly reading tons of BL lol. I just tend to write out my own personal thoughts and observations, and I guess it can come sound that way. The funny thing is I don’t even like those red flag MLs in the stories I listed, and basically skimmed all of the stories.

As someone who’s seen sadistic beauty side story BL, killing stalking, codename Anastasia, no reason, non zero sum, etc.
People freaking out over the violence at the very beginning of their story, is pretty funny to me lmaooo. If that’s as far as the violence goes, this is pretty tame compared to those other stories where they genuinely had thoughts to murder and torture the mc’s. In the world of red flags, he’s a bottom tier of crazy. So far the violence feels along the lines of “if you come near me I’ll kill you.” To anyone lol.

It’s definitely crazy to people who normally enjoy reading green flag stories, but to those who are used to red flag ones, it’s why we view this ML as tame still. This is like on the level of enemies that could fight and kill each other, to lovers head over heels for each other.
