So basically the Mc is given a drug by the male lead causing him to have a v down there and basically they just end up having sex all the time and in one of the chapters there is a pen (actually many pens) involved and then just a little bit time later they part ways and the male lead ends up with someone else not really ends up with them they won't even really a couple but then that character realizes it and lets him go back to the MC and somehow the MC welcomes him back with open arms and even the male lead offers to give him a pill or drug to help him get his thing back but he says it's fine and they end up having a kid and for some reason that kid scares me also
Also the male lead shows his backstory that his mom wanted to fix him since he was basically messed up from the beginning like he wasn't like all the other kids and his mother wanted to fix him however there was no way of fixing him so he was just something so I guess that was just a idea the author had to make us feel bad for him
