Never. He's completely innocent and has done nothing wrong ever. All of these characters are just RUDELY and INCORRECTLY calling him a scumbag who loves slave labor, blackmail, manipulation, violence, intimidation, and such when he's being so generous and kind. It's true injustice.
Good one. But still - I don't remember anyone (who don’t deserve it) suffer from his actions. But I won't argue with you. Everyone can have their own perception of events.

Yeah, to be honest I wouldn't call him a bad person and most benefit from what he does, but some of his actions are at least portrayed as sinister-leaning in the story like Queen's reaction to the whole good cop/bad cop routine he and Javier pull on people for example.
Most reincarnators in these villain/ess stories try to survive by becoming a better person, but Lloyd really stayed a scumbag. Of course he's not a bad person like the OG!Lloyd, but he's definitely a little bastard.
