I feel atp all he feels is numbness whenever he's near whatever his name is. He doesn't feel any hatred nor respect, he just wants him to get out of his life peacefully, which is why when he figures out his true use he doesn't care because in the end, he is already used to it and it is what he wants in the end (for them to separate. ) his expression just screams desperate to no longer have to feel this way imo...
