pleasantly surprised by the biblically accurate black guy, and this was just such a cute read, i feel like everything was handled really well, their relationship together, with themselves, bumps in their growth, chefs kiss--and once they get into the flow of their relationship near the end i literally feel years being added to my life-- --as a little tangent, usually when bl's bring up the topic of marriage i kinda just shrug it off, im the kind of person who was initially like "well, they love each other, and can put a ring on it at any moment, so i don't think it matters that much" but then he got into that accident ಥ_ಥ changed my tune immediately, mainly because i dont think ive read a bl that puts focus on *that* aspect of marriage (given that their world is similarly as homophobic as ours), its refreshing. also that little bit at the end where theyre so blatantly in love for the interview is peak, heteronormative couldnt bury that if it tried
