Anyone who is saying that is an weirdo, tbh. Straight romances also barely ever show abortion in them, doesn't mean they are all pro-life. It's like people hold queer romances on a higher standard than straight ones.
i know theyre saying that omegaverse is very pro-life but this manga just shows thats its pro-choice! they were given options and both options were shown as viable they just had to choose the best one for them emotionally, physically, and mentally. love that for them
