The ratings are low, is this bad?

In my opinion, the art is plain and ugly (especially their mouths). The story is plain and boooring as hell. I found myself skipping a lot of chapters, even the smut. But fr the art is not captivating nor is the smut and story to keep you at least keep you interested. Basically, it’s boring as hell

No. I read it without seeing the rating and was surprised how the rating is so low. It's not amazing or any masterpiece but it's good enough to read as a josei smut with plot.
