Wait im confused why is the canon fodder acting that way, is the pill supposed to make mc become an omega and actually have side effects? Or is it just a bad drug with side effects. Clearly the ml asked if there's no side effects and mc is CLEARLY having stomach problems and such (reminder ML is fucked up guys but within a borderline compared to other BLs not saying im defending his ass, but that was his aim/main point of this story its supposed to be toxic).
