I was thinking the same thing. Without the context of their entire relationship, since we only get that snippet, it comes off as conditional support. Like I saw it as “I did this now pay me back”. Ofc she may not have meant it like that but that’s a big reason why how you say stuff is extremely important. Cuz like look how he understood it, he said she sounded like his dad. Plus she was also insensitive. But I 100% think he was the problem too. They’re both the assholes! divorce! This manhwa is way to fucking real damn.
i agree, but it’s also understandable when we look at her side of the story with the glimpses of their past relationship (understandable, but still wrong). she’s insecure since she’s the one who suggested dating, they’ve been together for one year but haven’t been more intimate than kissing, she had to find out about his personal life through other people, and he has avoidance tendencies whenever conflicts arise, etc. despite pointing fingers and dissecting each side, i’m sure we can all agree that they bring out the toxicity in each other and it’s a good thing they broke up early on.
