MC (an Orphan) was being sponsored by ML's rich parents when they were younger. ML had a crush on MC who was older than him and in middle school when they met. When they grew up, MC was tested to be an Omega. ML's relatives (cousins or something) who were around MC's age and rich kids, used to bully him. When they found out MC is an Omega they tried to gangr*pe him. MC knew ML had a crush on him and matured into an Alpha by then. As he couldn’t see who it was that tried to r*pe him, he assumed it was ML. He lashed out on him and refused to interact with him anymore. Years later, when it was time for ML's parents to look for a Wife for their son, they thought MC would be a perfect match and proposed a marriage to him. Being grateful to ML's parents for taking him in and helping him get educated, he accepted their offer despite hating ML. They got married but MC still refused to interact with ML at all. At some point MC found out who it was that tried to r*pe him that night and went to the mansion to confirm everything. While returning he got into an accident which k!lled the perpetrator and left MC with Amnesia.
