Probably, I wish they had just kept the tattoos or better yet, not had the black out reach his hands/chest. It looks so weird.
I know right it does look weird! They should have kept the tattoos and not blacked them out
I think why his arms are like that is cuz he blacked out old tattoos or I could be wrong what do you think
