This author got caught stealing ideas from another webtoon author

So true, I wouldn't read a comic if I knew the author was plagiarizing someone else's work. I would be a horrible person if I did that

I don’t think I could but not for moral reasons (since in this case, no money would be going to the plagiariser and I would not be advertising it), I wouldn’t want to read it because the original work is without a doubt better

Thank you for agreeing with me! I do hope that OP can realize that the author is a bad person from just the allegations alone. I get that there are times where you are too lazy to all of the information regarding a problematic person, but don’t go out of your way to support them even after knowing the things they’re doing.

Thank you for your comment! I do have to say that the “illegally reading” argument that I’ve been seeing a lot really targets the morality standards of people. For me, it’s all about the author. I want to support a hard-working and passionate author who puts their all into the works they’ve created, not an author who takes from others and claim it as their own as if they have experienced the journey of creating an original story. In my books, I believe this is what’s right.
