Help I can't remember

So there's this historical bl manhwa in Korean historical Korean settings; I remember the male lead as a kid being locked up in a room and he's chained up and blindfolded I think and he's some kind of a prince there, he's so aggressive that the servants just leave his food outside the door and the mc is kind of a grown up there and he took care of the ml and found that the reason why the ml didn't touch is food is that he's literally locked up and can't open the door to eat and that's why the ml looks so malnourished.
