If you're picking up for the sweet interactions between the FL and ML… don’t bother.
The story starts off strong, with an interesting dynamic between the leads, but it quickly derails. As the plot progresses, it becomes a confusing mix of action, disturbing themes (including pedophilia), and a storyline that completely loses direction. What began as a compelling romance turns into something unrecognizable, making it frustrating to follow.
If you’re determined to read it, I’d recommend stopping after they have a child—beyond that point, the story just isn't worth it.
I started this a while back but dropped it cause I got tired waiting for updates… is it worth picking up again??
