Basically, nicolas left the house when the wife was insulting him, as he ran off he got taken away from the gang and gang raped him. After it finished, noel “wrote” him a message to vist him (this can possibly happen or be a made up thought nico made up) as he waited the night, he saw noel which again could be a possible image of him or the gang taking him back (if it was noel, hes using nico for his body)
