It's cute, but false advertising. The scarred princess doesn't pursue happiness, not until her scar has been erased :(
I just want a happy love story with a heroine that isn't perfectly beautiful and has some physical flaws.

    That was my thought too, I'd really love a story where the main character keeps physical imperfections, if the scar had stayed even with her past self that would have been really interesting.

    I think how they set it up was even if she's not physically scarred her mind and heart are.
    Never once has she said it herself that she's pretty/beautiful

    And thats fine too, but in many stories I've seen that have the trope of a physical disability or characteristic the character had that really made them feel terrible about themselves. Its always erased by reincarnation, and while they may still be traumatized, I think so much more development could be done if they had kept that part. Just makes the story a little less cliche.
