I think there's a scene like this near the end of "kill the vilainess"
It was mc that helped the queen to acquire the poison, after the queen and king died, mc and mc's father got accuse of poisoning royal family and got sentenced to a public execution.

I forgot the story of the MC AND ML, but i remember the side characters' one.
It was about the queen and king. The queen hated the king so much but because she is a queen, she had to think of the country rather than herself so she stayed with him. The king loved the queen deep inside. I think the premise was, the MC convinced the queen to kill the king so that shed have her revenge and thru it, her freedom and thats why theyre now sitting in a living room (cuz theres couches xD) with poisoned tea between them. The king knew about this plan but went anyway bc he loved the queen. I think the queen killed herself first (she drank it too) and died infront of the king. The king was so sad and cradled the dead queen (iirc) but he too died (cuz he drank it too while they were having a conversation about this plan to kill him and that how she loathed him) and yeah they both died in that living room, just centimeters apart.
