I agree, there is no development in any of the characters really, and a lot of the same things happen over and over again. Lowkey a waste of time to read the whole thing
Yeah there’s not a lot of plot movement but that’s the standard for slice of life. A lot of them feel like filler which a basic plot of time movement. Like for example love is hard for an otakou or even saiki k. The more comedic slice of life don’t really have plot like that
Overhyped and fell terribly short of expectations. Started off nice but then quickly turned into filler chapters. There was no story and plot fell about 3 chapters into the manga. Like cotton candy, all fluff no substance. Hori went from caring older sister to a sadomasochistic character. Miyamura had a good base, but he was a background character for like 60% of the story. There are a lot of other shojo that has better story than this.
