the reason to why that omega guy was thin and tired was because he was keeping the café open later than its usual hours to see the mc and give him stuff from the place to get his attention most likely but mc is very oblivious.
justice for the omega who had a crush on mc... he deserved some more screen time or storg!! like did they ever explain why he was suddenly super thin for a lil while, but got healthier again?? or was he just so caught up in his feelings for the mc and he got better once he let go of him lol??
