This is a classic psychological bl story. Top is conditioning the mc to be dependant on him so he can punish mc through attention and sex. I have seen this trope a lot, you should read more works just like this.
I'll be honest chief, Jiwook is just dumb as hell. The scenes with the medicine weren't exactly his fault because the "medicine" was an aphrodisiac, but he keeps getting played because he takes one look at Jooyeon's pretty face and decides to let his guard down.

The rape comes back in full swing and the past two chapters (imo) are really the only ones where he isn't being completely brutalized. This scene is still rape, seeing as Jiwook has been drugged without his knowledge but this is about as tame as it gets.
