I haven't read the novel yet but i unlocked the side stories so imma just give you those.

in the very last chapter of the side story, Penelope goes back to her og world where she confronts her family and they apologize and beg her to stay in the real world. Our mc just ignores them and sees her og body dying as well, so thinks of it as a perfect way to move on with life. She comes back to the novel world where her daughter and Callisto love her, the duke and Reynold are pretty close to her idk about Derrick. The duke is even overprotective of her which was funny and cute. That's about it, it's a good end
