I've found it! The artist is Inoe Yoshihisa. The manga is 'Escape Creator' (199 pages in total). I've looked for it here but only one of the artist's manga is on here and 'Escape Creator' is not it.

Probably won't get an answer, but I'm looking for an older hentai manga that has the male protagonist as a master of bondage/shibari.
If i remembered correctly, he despised being one, because his father was also one but accidentally killed his mother during a session when the protagonist was younger.
