Can someone explain how Hathor could sense Horus?

She's the god of love, and horus expressed love and he felt it strongly, so hathor sensed the blooming of someone in love, the someone being horus, and she recognised that some ad him cuz of his smell

I have a feeling that Hathor is going to sense the love between Horus and Seth at the wedding and then she will give up on him.

it's mentioned in a future chapters that Ra's (the sun goddess') daughters are connected to the temple they're in and one of them is after horus, that's why hathor is able to sense him. i mean it's also meant to be a coming of age temple and she's the goddess of love so it makes sense.
