yeah of course, it basically means that a person isnt paying attention to what’s happening (like they’re not thinking at all) or it can also mean that someone is dumb (not intelligent)
in this case, i used that saying by showing how jaekyung isn’t picking up the obvious signs that dan is showing, that dan has no interest in him
