O k, so this is like a really basic breakdown of what I understand is the story as of right now. So the setting is a video game thriller. They use cassette players to save progress via cassette tapes that they can insert. Every character has their own tape.And if there's gets ejected from a cassette player, they essentially disconnect from the game and lose their memories and become the equivalent of NPCs so they don't retain any memories from previous games. up until this point we have seen Bada and Doha playing the game together. The plot twist is the fact that Bada was never a playable character like the rest of the cast.He was actually an npc that got reeled into playing the game for the original characters. So as it stands right now it's assumed that when the game is completed bada will not actually be able to return to what they can assume as the real world since he was never a "real person"/player (he technically wasnt supposed to play), but nothing is confirmed. Theres lots of theories abojt how he actually is a playable charecter but we will just have to wait for s3. The ending of season 2 shows his tape getting ejected from the cassette player.Meaning he's essentially become an npc again and Doha promises to find it and play it again so he can regain his memories.

See with this info I feel like I should reread the story because I think some things will click now especially since I don’t have to wait for all those chapters to come out like I’ve been doing and essentially forgot details. Question is is bada was not a real person I don’t see how he could have sex and or catch feelings for Doha. To me that means there is no way he’s an npc unless he’s like AI that somehow developed human emotions. Ya know? I’m hoping he’s a real person and we are just made to think he’s an NPC as a plot twist.
