Is this good?

I mostly enjoy it (like a 7.5/10). It focuses more on social infrastructure and development than a save-the-world plot, and Reina has interesting uses for dark magic. The art is decent and it's thorough enough to not be braindead. I know this isn't a convincing sales pitch, but it's honestly more decent than a plethora of other villainess type series.
