Yep. My only thought was for him to find a way to end it. He had a 2mm crack to squeeze out of and now he has none. I've never seen a character have negative opportunities for escape. Even if he kills the bastard the guards will be on him to take him out. He won't even be able to kill himself using any means that isn't drawn out and painful if that guy notices. Even then, his corpse might be violated.
This ML is terrifying. He's truly obsessed and can flip from psychotic to epically psychotic on a dime. He killed his family. He can kill his daughter too.
