i don't think it has been completely translated to English(just a few chapters, six out of more than hundred chapters the original has, to be exact, under the name [The Villainous Tyrant Has Returned]), and the original text in Korean(악역 폭군이 회귀해 버렸다 [선공개]) i think requires you to have a Naver account idk
