Main point is just that MC possess knowledge to make things better but they can’t reveal how or why they know it. Examples:

A guide out to succeed (kinda a B version of approximal guide imo but I love the concept)
The hunter wants to live quietly (hidden identity >>>)

I don’t know how to describe this specific fenomen that’s more specific then the reincarnation genre but also has this similar vibe. Hope someone gets it. I’m open to novels too since I now notice most of them (all?) are based on novels.
