Unfortunately, it's not centered on different stories. It's just a story. I think it's only 13 chapters.
It's an anthology that's why it ended like that. Could be connected or just have somewhat similar plot devices.
I think this manhwa will center different couples/individuals being sort of possessed by the mansion to fulfill its mission somehow. In the ending, the mansion burnt down and the first couple left the island. Though afterwards, it was rebuilt again by some powers and the cat aka the manager started sending invites again. Then a teaser showed a new people (a woman and a nerd) was invited to the newly rebuilt mansion and started to be possessed by its obsessive love.
The first story is quite hot and haunting.
