I feel like there's a feeling of unease surrounding guwon as a character so far. Especially since it's still below 10 chapters so we can't tell for sure (+ we're all collectively yaoi traumatized so we expect a red flag atp ).
In the previous chapters he's also oddly suspicious - such as the way other characters are nervous/kinda avoiding guwon ("Around here, you need to be seen as someone useful" said the doctor to MC. And the doc and the violent girl leaving the table as quickly as possible once guwon showed up) or maybe it's the fact that he's so unpredictable that we can't get a good grasp of his true characteristics. And lowk unsettling how he seems to know so much but so little - we don't even know if he's human or not (likely not human).
I agreee. His unpredictability adds to the suspiciousness. Especially since we still dont have the full picture as to really why the others feels on edge around him. It could just be a natural reaction seeing how merciless he is killing maggots and how he lacks some human emotion. Or it could be a previous experience like the villagers saw a former member get ousted for not being useful any longer. We really cant say for sure. But its really something to look forward to! Makes me crave for more releases even moree
I'm still curious why everyone seems conscious or scared around guwon. Not to mention the cover as well. Guwon with the big smirk while jiwon looks like he was not in the right mind or smty
