The problem with the novel is that is, that a lot of uploads have been deleted, esp. on wattpad.

At the moment I don't know of an english translation which has the complete novel + sidestories. Side stories were on wattpa , but have been deleted several times.
For complete + side stories you either need to buy the official korean or go to booktoki ( you need a good addblocker there). There also might be a spanish version floating around, the author seems to have a lot of fans in the spanish speaking community.
https://blsnacks.wordpress.com/kiss-me-if-you-can/ is easy to access, but it's heavily mtl-ed and no side stories, so you actually could go directly to booktoki and use a translator and also have the side stories there.
Another option is https://scribd.com/document/794382527/Kiss-Me-If-You-Can there was a preview version, but no longer there so you have to download. Another user posted this link for downloading without becoming a member, but I haven't tried it : https://scribd.vpdfs.com/ The one on scribd is more complete (but like blsnack missing a part of chapter 18?), and is missing one sidestory. And i think it was more readable than Blsnack when i check the preview, but not 100% sure.
