well in the flashbacks, it's been seen that after he sucks them for food they're gonna be an aphrodisiac and one time I think it was shown that his mom(?) or that woman had sex with him and he didn't want it and was disgusted by it so I think he's a victim by his power and the people he sucks

Jean's constitution ended up making him get r4p3d more than once. They show one time where it happened with a woman, and Jean's father says "again?", which means this was a common occurrence. Mind you, he hadn't even gotten in High School yet.
