Its good you like the art, at least you like something about it. For me everything is bad. Plot, characterization, pacing, art, all are bad

RIGHT!!! that’s what i thought too but there are scenes that just make no sense like the background characters wearing modern clothes and accessories plus there are scenes that just don’t add up with the time that this is supposedly set. it just ruins the whole story for me. the story is just too much for me. all the inconsistencies just put me off. someone said that it’s just modern and that the MC is just really poor and stuff but that just doesn’t make sense with how the house is laid out how they use landline. idk maybe i’m reading too much into it but i just can’t continue this story’s updates. the plot, the pacing, and so much stuff just seems bad. the art i can appreciate because it looks pretty i guess and well drawn, but it doesn’t make up for it being a bad story. sadly 1 star.
what time period is this? i’m actually so confused. i’m thinking it’s like historical then i see background characters with bucket hats and fanny packs. also the plot is just weird and the MC is so annoying. other than that, the art is really nice.
