I don't think he hates his bio parents, it's more like he really can't stand being associated with the Lu family at this point because of everything the Lu siblings did to him. He's within his rights to reject them because of that
His rejection for his bio parents come due to three reasons. Firstly, to Susu accepting his bio parents could mean that he's implicitly being unfilial to his foster parents. Second, his whole impressions of the Lu family comes from his interactions with Lu Mingfeng and Lu Mingcheng, and we've seen that those were not good in any sense and he feels disgust towards them. And lastly, just as the bio parents are telling Susu that he doesn't have to cut contact with his foster parents, they're not going to cut out Lu Mingcheng out of their lives as well (they did bring him up from when he was a baby, so there's rightly feelings involved) but the MC doesn't want to be involved with that guy in anyway.
