Well yep there are two mc's one is a maso freak who's kinda into danger play and cannibalism and the other one is a demon?? something satanic which has the tendency to torture aka prepare his "meal" before eating it and they've known each other since they were kids...and what the story is about hmm it looks like we'll have two separate plots one where human lead will try to fight against his urges but will help the other dude eat either consciously or not and the other one will be the supernatural findings of aberrations it feels like reading supernatural and Hannibal.
Also from an artistic perspective the way the panels are being drawn the way we as readers can't tell if something is happening fr or not the horror aspects the pacing everything's really good and well made so yea this had a brilliant start it might not be everyone's cup of tea but it is great
