Based on the release dates this is a continuation of Hitorijime Boyfriend with the story centered on the protagonist's older brother and his friend. From the synopsis of the anime it looks like it's going to be about this couple as well which is why the tithe will come out at Hitorijime My Hero bt I'm sure they'll have some ep about Hiroeijime Boyfriend. So...the anime is based off of this couple? Or from the other two in Boyfriend? Or both?? Which one (as in manga story and couple) came first, these two or the other two in Boyfriend? I'm so confused with the order of things...could someone's help a fellow fujoshi?
