Yeah but its more funny than anything, so it isnt bothering and they just appear here and there...( there 3, and i root for the craziest of the 3 lol even if i don't think any romance will appear).....
I would absolutely commit if this shit had a harem cause why the author throwing three potential romance for him?!! Anyways I know he’ll only pick one since he was raised well by his mother!

and for Merlin, well i can't be sure but yeah im rooting for her, she knows she's the only one in love but she protects him, spy for him, sacrifice her vitality to be near him. Etc....
even in chap 900+ in the novel, there's still no definite fl. Even Merlin is aware that her feelings is one-sided (romantically) but Raon treats her with care bc he feels somewhat indebted to her but not in a way that it is problematic (iykwim).
Yeah she totally understood its heartbreaking to see her sometimes....
