I tried to make sense out of it above. Haruna is the only "angel" (fully alive) whereas Enamoto only joked about being one because he knew Haruna is a supernatural being by birth.

Whaaaat???! Haruna-senpai was an angel too??! Lmaaoo the relationship between this trio keeps getting confusing af. Not sure if the author understands it too. Oh well, at least the chara design is great for the eye.
