Didn't he try to change some sort of DNA in ritual way on Anubis? Anubis is a child between Osiris and Seth's wife and he kinda show his fabulous plan so Anubis can become a child between Osiris and Seth.
I highly suspect Horus's body/DNA whatsoever may be changed too. Without everyone except Osiris know.

Tbh, Horus together with Seth means certain part of Osiris together with Seth which means Osiris still win in this story.
