It is absolutely wrong that ceasar wouldn't care. He would go mad and self exit. This just shows his obsession with leewon and how much he loves him. Surely his way of showing love is different from us but also keep in mind he is also different from us.

The only matter I can tolerate Tsar was (at least) he push through everything for Leewon despite his twisted - not so normal - irrational brainworks. He's a bastard with good decisions (in mafia way); meanwhile Jaekyung is literally a bastard with good for nothing traits.
First off, Leewon doesn't have a choice, unlike in jinx where Kim could actually leave and the fucker jinx would actually suffer, Czar would torture and kill everyone Leewon has spoken too or cared about, and if he came out of hiding, Czar would kill him then himself!!!! Czar is a dangerous person, he's not there by choice, he's tried to leave before, YOU READ WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!
Leewon had the opportunity to leave when Caesar was in the hospital for slitting his throat. And which relative would Caesar torture? Leewon's father, the influential Mafia boss? Please... Y'all need to accept that Leewon is with Caesar mostly by choice.
Caesar is absolutely terrible. The shooting, rape, etc. But, he would 100% care if Leewon died, that’s just his fucked up way of love unfortunately. That’s just the story, they both do care for each other, nothing is one sided between the two.
