Not really. If he adopted a powerless version of her with his hardly home schedule, no partner, and going into 2 months long comas from overusing his powers, he would be sus. Him adopting her not because he suddenly wants to play at being a dad, but because she would be much safer with him and his team since she's op and a toddler works .

Yk what's sad? This dude would never adopt the mc if she wasn't op. :C It always sucks when author go to this route... Cuz yk damn well if the mc is an ordinary child, they will never be picked by the adopted dad. It's always cuz the mc is a genius, acts desperately cute, or super powerful.
