As a asian I understand

This is clearly a asian thing. Most asian families are narrow minded so it’s hard them to accept others sexual orientation.they are afraid that how society will view this

Not an Asian thing at all. I’m Hispanic and our culture is also like this. Low key even though there has been some improvement in the acceptance of same sex relationships all countries are still far from truly accepting it. It’s somewhat accepted in the US, but even then that depends on the state/ area one lives in. Same in Thailand where same sex marriage was recently legalized. While that is a huge step I’m sure there is still hate being spread in the country depending on the area.

I'm very sorry to read this. As Spaniard I thought our cultures and ways of seeing things were closer than I thought, but reality may be different. In Spain, LGBTQ+ people are more than accepted, and same sex marriages have been legal for 20 years now. I hope things improve over there soon; our Hispanic brothers and sisters are always welcome here

true. im black and in the black community its really frowned upon. i feel like it hasnt even gotten better in recent years either because i still see men online getting "exposed" for being gay and sht like that
